Energy Healing Services
I offer private Reiki sessions as well as Sacred Womb Healing, as an online course and for private and group ceremonies. Reiki is a type of energy healing that targets the energy fields around the body and can help unblock and improve the flow of energy in the body; providing relaxation, proven to reduce pain, and speed up healing processes. Sacred Womb Healing is for all of us, to let go of what no longer serves us, letting go of emotional and physical pain and trauma stored in the body. Through meditations and ceremonies, we reawaken to our ability to heal ourselves and move forward on our journey with more clarity and purpose.
What to expect during a reiki session and womb healing ceremony?
Reiki Sessions may take place in person or long distance healing, where the setting is quiet and peaceful. You will get in a comfortable sitting or laying position, take in several deep breaths and relax. The hands of the practitioner are lightly placed on or over specific areas of the body from the crown of the head, to the feet using different hand shapes; between 2-5 minutes for each area. During this time, the practitioner can sense warming and tingling sensations directing attention to blocks that need cleared. I will also use crystals on chakra points and chakra healing wand to help facilitate healing.
Sacred Womb Healing Ceremony will include an introduction into the subject and conclude with a beautiful guided meditation to connect to and nurture the sacral chakra/Hara space.
